Strengthening the Transfer Pathway
Developed in partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, Strengthening the Transfer Pathway from Community to Four-Year Private Colleges offers a bold approach to improving higher education in the United States. Based on analysis of the obstacles to transferring from community colleges to four-year institutions and primary research conducted by Edvance, the report calls for creation of a national college transfer partnership to increase higher-education access for students across America.
